The clip is my take on the importance of DEI from an interpersonal perspective… and it’s not just DEI as it stands today; it’s the outcome or goal of DEI - 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠. Diversity without understanding is just difference. It’s disruptive. But diversity with understanding is transformative. It creates belonging.

In this episode, we explored how to begin a new design for the workplace. One that’s built for a 21st century social and business environment. One that accounts for the roles that men and women play in society, and in the home – many of which are (either traditionally or biologically) dictated by gender.
