The Difference Project: Is difference the main meal?

Good news! The second episode of the Difference project is here!

I was invited once again for the second episode of the Difference project: a series of live digital conversations that aims to shape a whole new hypothesis on how to use difference to make a difference…to make systemic change toward a safer, fairer, more inclusive world.

Here is the introduction for this topic:

"For most of us, our cultural identity comes from a sense of sameness. Perhaps it's religion' or ethnic roots' or community' or upbringing...it's the things that we share in common with 'our tribe' that forms the cultural bond. But the workplace is most often made up of people with different cultural underpinnings and very different backgrounds and experiences. Do these differences impede a leader's ability to shape a culture that is united in pursuit of common goals? Does difference stand in the way of forming a positive work culture, or is it an asset?!"
