You know the situation...

We have a lack of diversity in corporate Australia.
We need more women in leadership roles.
And we want more men involved in the process.

But how inspired are the men of Australia to get involved in fixing a system that they themselves, may not feel responsible for creating?

At the end of the day, it may not be today's man who's at fault for building the systems we've inherited, but it is his opportunity to make it right.
