Greeting neighbours as we passed each other in the street. Smiling a silent thank you when receiving a package from the postie.

So many times through the day, I have been catching myself smiling at people, only to realise afterwards that unless I make a noise, or some other exaggerated overture, my attempt at connection would often go unnoticed.

So I came up with a strategy which I share in the video below.
