For me it's about psychological safety. Creating an environment where people feel safe to be themselves. But I began by saying it was about '๐˜ค๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ค๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ' and '๐˜ค๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜บ'. I want to be clear here - you don't necessarily have to be friends with your coach, or even like them particularly, to get value, but you do need to trust that they have your back, and can help you.
