Creating an environment where people feel safe to be themselves. But I began by saying it was about '๐ค๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ' and '๐ค๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐บ'. I want to be clear here - you don't necessarily have to be friends with your coach, or even like them particularly, to get value, but you do need to trust that they have your back, and can help you.
