Clear communication is simple. Well, it sounds simple when you get it right. But itโs not always simple to get it right.

For instance if you are a detailed communicator, or you know a lot of stuff, or you think everything is important ('cos, well, it is!) then boiling down your thoughts to key ideas can be a struggle.
But struggle you must.

No. 3: Use simple words.
