What ifβ¦ the best way to confront the darkness β our greatest challenges β doesnβt come from going deeper into the shadows, but from seizing the light? β¦looking to extract the brilliance from the diversity of thought, experiences and perspectives that our differences can yieldβ¦
What ifβ¦ instead of trying to be blind to ethnicity, gender or circumstance, we see it more intensely? Not as a judgement but as a path to learning and understandingβ¦to human connection rather than demographic abstractionβ¦

THE DIFFERENCE PROJECT is an experiment β an exploration β of these hypotheses from the broadest set of different perspectives possible. It is an attempt to prove, disprove or, most likely, shape a whole new hypothesis on how to use difference to make a difference...to make systemic change toward a safer, fairer, more inclusive world.
