Normalising Change - Gaining Buy-In

Why this program?

We are facing a world of unprecedented change and complexity. Navigating the current pace of change can take its toll on our staff. New systems, new products, changing workforces, can all combine to create emotional and operational chaos.

It’s no longer enough to have a great change strategy and communication plan; people need change conversations on the ground, in the moment, when they need them, not when the business is ready to deliver them.

Without understanding what causes people’s response to change, we are at the mercy of creating unintended resistance and distrust of new initiatives in our people.

Understanding, exploring and more importantly normalising people’s response to change is a critical step in helping them deal with and manage change.

Supporting your leaders to have change conversations that count, is the key to helping them move their teams from resisting change to embracing change.

You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.
