𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.

It’s purpose is clear:

The 2021 theme is:

“𝘉𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯.” Amen to that!

As a gender equity advocate who works with both men and women to address workplace equality, I often get asked by men - ‘what can I do to make things better?’
